Weather is perfect. 24 C . Warm and sunny. Cycled out to the Military Base and had a look at the boats at their yacht club and spent sometime taking some sun beside Lake.. (its on Lake Ontario). Then cycled home thru Fort Henry. When I got home - realized i had left my keys on the rocks where I had been enjoying the sun and watch the boats. Cycled back out to the military College (RMC) and my keys were still on the rock where I had been enjoying the sun... I am now back home . No run today.

Running And Me --- ( First post in a long time ) Please check back often..
It's time to Run and train properly. I have taken a hiatus and now its time to train. Tried running in the late afternoon. Walked lots - but I did a slow run towards the end of my run.
I do ride my bike - as it is my number 1 means of getting around.
I am committed to run in the fall (2018). Its up to me to get the training done. I would also like to run in England or in San Francisco. My training and event costs are an issue here.

Trying to get back into run training.
Need to focus on daily runs, yoga, and strength training.
Daily Cycling and Swimming once a week.
Need self discipline to get the runs and workouts done.
I would like to run 10k in Toronto, and a 5k in the fall. Lots depends on how fit I can get and whether my body wants to go these distances.
Ran today. Good.
I am interested in running in the San Francisco 10K - that would have to be next spring.

Busy day.. Curling game. We won and will play in the final next week. Happy.

Freezing Rain - this afternoon. Did not run.
I curl 2-3 times a week in the afternoon ladies league at the Cataraqui Curling Club. I play Lead.

I curl in the afternoon Ladies Curling League -two or three afternoons a week.
I run. *** Today - Ran 4.8km. in the late afternoon.
Have decided to run in several runs this year.
Run season begins in early April. Important that I put time and effort into my run training.
