I have been having lots of problems with my computer. Or it is with my Internet account with - COGECO?
I am no longer sure. Went shopping for a new computer. Not sure what the problem is.
Went for a run in the afternoon.
I need to get my run training on track. the swing in weather conditions has not helped.
I curled on Tuesday. We won our game. We are in a tie with another team for second place and the right to play in the final. We play a tiebreaker on Tuesday. The winning team will play in the final on Thursday. Keeping my fingers crossed that we win.

Tuesday March 22 Curling and Training Run
Curled this afternoon. We won. Happy, our team ( Carol , Maria , Marilyn , and Me ) have tied as a qualifier to curl in the womens afternoon Curling championship. The Curl off is next Tuesday . We need to win the game to move on to the final, which is scheduled for Thursday afternoon. Happy about this.
Late afternoon, I went for a training run. Ran the hill on King Street. Happy . Run Distance 6.18km/.
Approx. 32 days to Montreal run.

I curled this afternoon. happy, our team came out on top - we won.

First Week March
Busy days.
On the weekend, I curled in the Continental Cup Bonspiel at my home club.
Teams from Napanee, Gananoque, Royal Kingston, Garrison and my club Cataraqui competed. It was lots of fun. The lunch, food, was excellent. And the curling excellent.

Wednesday went for my run, Felt tired, I lack no energy. Walked approx. 2k of the run.

I have started to read - The DaVinci Code. its excellent. not sure why I have not read it before this.
I have been watching the Briar curling bonspiel on TV. My team is Gushue from Newfoundland. I like him, he's a very classy guy, Hope team Newfoundland wins.

- Slow run. Ran along the lakefront path-Lake Ontario is frozen in the Kingston Area.
- Many skaters on the lake. and some playing ice hockey.
- Saw ice boats sailing a fair distance offshore.

- Ran in the late afternoon. Minus 14C. lots of layers. After the first half km, I began to adjust to the cold. And I was able to do the 5,96 km. Happy with the distance, I did not run yesterday, and I don't like to miss consecutive days unless it is necessary.

Tuesdays I curl in the afternoons. I am trying to focus on getting my run and training done every day. Including the days, I curl.
I ran in the Morning. Distance 5km. Very happy I got the run in done. And curled in the afternoon.
The Weather forecast is for a major storm tonight and tomorrow. Heavy winds and Snow.
