Late afternoon, motivated - ran a 5km training run.
Happy. I have missed quite a few days - hoping now i am motivated to get the daily runs done.
Lots of ice on the sidewalks. Had to be careful.
I am hoping to ease back into my daily run habit.

Ran around 5 PM.
Distance 4.85 km. (used Map My Run).
Very frustrating trying to Map.\\\
I have taken some time away from running. -- approx. 2 weeks. to rest and also be lazy.
Getting ready for Christmas. I have lights on my balcony and a small tree in my apt. (an artificial tree).

Late afternoon, did a good run. estimate the temp. at 2-3C.
Having great problems using "map my run".
I need to find a new mapping system. It could be my Mac computer.
Time to set my goals for this upcoming season. (2017).
I am busy, trying to put my apt and situation in order.

Recently bought a Mac Air computer. Posting on Blogger and plotting my runs on
" Map my Run " is more difficult - using Mac.
Busy day. Yoga class this morning, and a 6Km run in the late afternoon.
Three weeks to Christmas and lots of things to do. Traditionally, I send some cards, put up a small tree and Christmas lights on my balcony .
I curl at the Cataraqui Club 2-3 times a week.
And I try to do one yoga class each week.
