Did a good run around 16:00 .
The last 400 M , i picked up my pace. Happy .

In the market for a new pair of shoes.  Had a look in Running Room. There is to be a big sale beginning October 3. Think i will wait for the sale. Had a look at a pair of running tights. its going to start getting cooler.  sale for $40.  
 thinking about em.

5 days of problems with my Blogger account. Frustrated and upset. had to change passwords and i sense the issues are still not resolved.  If Blogger  lets me down again - Word press account .blog name - Banana Jello
