Happy as i am slowly increasing my distances.
Yesterday did a 5.8K run.Have been using Map Your Runs to document my training.
Which is great, as I am using the free version. The 20 sec ads are a pain. And seems I have lost some of the posts I made. Not too happy about this.
Thinking I should check out getting a watch that keeps track of everything to do with my training.
Brands that come to mind are Timex. Polar, Garmin and .... ?? and names i have heard about. ,... Need to get some info on all the worthy brands, what they do and how much they cost.
Planning to do Yoga on Sunday morning and hopefully a short run tomorrow afternoon.
