Ran at noon hour. My usual run time is between 4 and 5PM. The run felt different. I was tired and felt sluggish. My body reacted to the change .
This was a slow run. Distance 7.5 K. The only good thing i can say about the run is that i am increasing my distance. the runs are getting longer.
And increasing the distance of my runs is my priority or goal for the next few weeks.
Off to the mall to browse at running shoes and running gear.
