Early run to Marriot hotel to the Metta Yoga event and a 9AM class with Dallas .
class was an excellent. Gentle yoga and I was able to stretch out tightness from this weeks running.
Walked home . 6K round trip.
lots of tidying to do at home and i need to think out my plans for the first half of 2014.
