Janathon Day 7

Its so cold here -21C and it feels like -32C. its dangerous to run in this extreme cold.
Weather Channel Alert
 I am not running today. I have walked to the nearby shopping center, and that is all I am doing.

I think  it may warm a few degrees tomorrow.
