Back to Running

Sunday 15 November
My first longer run since mid-September. Ran slowly, but pleased with my distance.
6.89 km.  ran in the late afternoon.  Nice sunny day and no wind.

 Very scary the stuff that is going on in France - the bombing and Violence in Paris.
