Late afternoon run. 5.24km. Happy with the run.
I would like to run 5 days a week, swim 1x and do 1x yoga class.

Tuesday January 10
Yesterday, I went curling at the Club. We lost. Ouch. Third loss in as many games.
Very cold and major storm . The "Twins" gave me a lift home from the Club, which I appreciated.
Ran in the snow and cold. Distance 4.62km
Happy , as I have missed quite a few days.

Saturday January 7
This week, I "curled" on three afternoons ( "in house Curling").
Decided to drop down to curl 2 afternoons. I like the afternoon team I play on, and am learning lots of stuff about the game. " in house curling".
No more "mixed curling" on Friday afternoons.
My plan to focus on my running.
Goal is to run in the Canada Run Series - 2 events. See how things go - (Injury and Costs of running are factors , I need to think on). and I might do 3 or 4 runs).
My run training is not up to scratch. I need to run most days and do a regular Yoga class and Swim on the days I do not run.

Curled in the afternoon, Played 8 ends. We had down game, did not curl badly. But we did not win.
Ran in the late afternoon 5 pm - 17:00 hours. Very, cold rain. Dark. icy and sloppy road conditions
Happy with the run, tired from curling and it was wet and cold. Distance 5.76km
I use a free mapping web site and I am finding it difficult to transfer data. .. .
