24 C and Blue Sky. 
Biked to the Time Monument . Changed to my running shoes and run clothes. Jogged  along the waterfront path all the way to the City Hall and Holiday Inn and then back to  my locked bike . Did a good warm up down and Biked home. Distance total 10.9K

Bike Parking is problematic  as is bike theft here in Kingston. 
Japan has Underground Parking  for bikes. Check it out.
