January 2018 - my goals and stuff

My goals for 2018 : to improve my Blog - 
-- to get on track with my run training. 
I am hoping to run in three Canada Run Series events.  My goals  depend on my training and staying injury free.

Freezing Rain - this afternoon. Did not run.

 I  curl 2-3 times a week in the afternoon ladies league at the Cataraqui Curling  Club.  I play Lead.

January 10 - 2018

About Me
 I am a member at the Cataraqui Curling Club in Kingston, and I play Lead.
I curl in the afternoon Ladies Curling League -two or three  afternoons a week.
 I run. ***  Today - Ran 4.8km. in the late afternoon.
Have decided to run in several runs this year.
Run season begins in early April. Important that I put time and effort into my run training.
