Monday Feb.27

Late afternoon run. 5.5km
Lots of things going on. I am curling 4 times this week . 2 games (Tuesday, and Thursday - league games) and Wednesday a Bonspiel at my home club. (Cataraqui) and on Saturday a Continental Cup bonspiel at the Royal Kingston. When I signed up, I did not check things out too carefully with regards to dates and times. 

Hoping to get some training runs done. 

I have registered to run in the Scotia Montreal run . 5k.  Saturday April 27. 
The curling seasons goes until late April, so I have lots of run training and curling practicing to do.

Saturday February 25

 Busy day.  
Ran in the late afternoon.
 Distance 5.5 km. 😃

I am belong to a Curling Club  and curl 2 or 3 times a week.  I play lead. 
Have been following the Scotties Women's  Canadian Championship on TV. 
Final game is tomorrow. My team is Northern Ontario, they are playing Manitoba.

Thursday Feb,23

 Curled this afternoon. "Betty" was skip .  Happy, we won. Our record in the league is W-1 and L-2.

Watching the Scotties Curling Championship on TV - My teams are: 1.Northern Ontario - Skip- McArdle . . and 2. Ontario - Skip- Holman.
I am a fan of both teams.

I am entered in Montreal - 5km in late April .  Entry is paid. Good.
Ran in the late afternoon 5+ km.  Good.

Friday Feb. 17

 Ran in the late afternoon - 5pm. 
5.17 km. Happy with the run. 

I am "hoping" to run the Montreal 5Km in late April and theToronto 10 Km in June.
And "maybe" the Vancouver 10Km or the  Toronto Island 10Km in September.
That is "the plan"

Wednesday Feb. 15 Training Run

Ran at 5PM.   
Distance - 5 km.  
Very happy with the run.   Ran at a slow pace.  Felt strong. 

 Thinking on my goals for this season. 
Would like to run-   3 runs , 
Toronto 10 km
and possibly - Montreal 5km, 
and Vancouver 10km or a 5km.

Slightly longer than my last few runs. Happy .

Need to put some time into Yoga and strength work. 
decide on definite goals.
