 Somehow, i did something wrong during the transfer from my garmin to the website. 
and my run was lost.  Stressed at the moment. perhaps that 's why i muffed it. 
i ran approx. 6.8K

Not a good day. tired and fatigue. late afternoon, managed to get myself outside for a run. Once i got going, i managed 6.36K. I am trying to keep my runs at 5k and on longer days 8-10K. it was warm running.

Had a three day rest from running. Very happy that i got back  in gear and  ran today.
Keeping  my fingers crossed that i can   get into the habit again.

I have been keeping track of my runs using my Garmin 10.
I need to increase my distance. do some 10K training runs.
And perhaps some cross training. serious biking and swimming.
