Biked 26K to the
Cataraqui Shopping and back home.
Completed Day 4 of
the 30 Day Challenge
Day 5……70 or 100 squats, 16 push-ups and 31 crunches!
DONE- I did - 55 squats, 16 +15 push-ups
and 31 crunches!
I added an extra 15
knee push-ups in place of the squats. (Have tender knees)
4pm Napier - Union- Palace 4.3 K run. Pleased
with my run.
had a supper and large piece of chocolate cake (Duncan Hind) choclate Fudge with White Icing,
Made the cake this morning .
