I had a Vaccination today. and have a sore arm and stiffness as a result.

Made the decision to walk today. Walked down town and back.
distance 5.0 and I  biked to the shopping center to pick up a few groceries.

Weather is  perfect.  24 C .  Warm and sunny. Cycled out to the Military Base and had  a  look at the boats at their yacht club and spent so...
