I had a bad sleep last night.Woke up this morning feeling very tired - and with low energy levels. Time to have a slow day to recover my strength. Walked over to ARC and had a light snack. bagel(sun dried tomato- very good) and coffee. Then walked to the Kingston Center and did some grocery shopping, then headed home.Map the walk at 7.39K. Planning to stay home and rest . TV and the usual reading and puttering about my apt.
I am taking it easy for the rest of the day.
Cold weather running does take its toll on your body and psyche.
