June 16 Monday

Its  Monday.  23C in Ktown.  My goals for the next week or more " is to train most days and to focus on getting the runs done and doing  one longer run - 10K  each week. 
Continue cycling and try to do one  yoga classes a week .

   Tonight  - TV and some reading .  maybe a short evening walk or ? . 
Supper is Orange Almond Chicken Stir fry. (left overs).
