Late afternoon run, 5.64km. (Map My Run)
 Conditions were very good. happy.  I need to think about my goals - what I am aiming for. 
I recently joined the curling club and I am participating in the ladies club curling on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
     
My goal at the moment is to do 5 runs a week and  one yoga class.
