Happy Summer Solstice! 



 Today is the Summer Solstice .  An important day on the calendar as it’s the  longest day of the year 2013.    Kingston  weather was great. 23C and sunny.  Hope you all had a nice day. .   

Did manage some biking and walking.  Managed 20 squats, 19 push ups and 34 absl
