Zooathon

  Running the Zoo in less than 4 weeks -  My goal is to do the run and finish.
 the course is very hilly and windey . So i  know that i need to practice  hills and  running trails.


Went to Yoga in the Park - this morning.  gentle and relaxing - this is the Yoga that i find most beneficial. Ineed to improve my overall flexibilyt .

Lots of things happening.   Planning to read WILD -
I am sort of interested in doing a long walk.It ceraitnly won;t be as long as  not sure where.
