Running Distance

Clocks have shifted back to Standard Time.  What a difference an hour makes. Its dark at 5:30PM .  And its a lot colder. 2C and dropping below zero at night . 
My aim is to run longer. try to up my training distance  . 

 Went to yoga on Sunday morning and have been riding my bike daily//


Did a 6K run in the late afternoon, getting home,  at sundown.  Happy with the distance .
