We got a lot of snow over night.
My double - Yoga and a Run
This morning walked downtown to Yoga class at Lululemon . Was a good class and the teacher gave us a copy of her CD -
Yoga Nidra (deep restoration through guided meditation) with Mona Warner. Very happy and I plan to use this.
Late afternoon, did a 3.45 mile run. or 5.55 K. Temperature was 37C and the streest are messy and lots of slush and ice around. Happy i managed to ge my run in, Used Forerunner and feeling more confident.
Time for supper ,
Following March Madness. Keeping my fingers crossed Michigan makes it thru to the Final 4.
