I am feeling my oats.
Thought i could "jog" out of me the body fatigue from the Harry Rosen Spring Run off.. I certainly got that wrong . The jogging did not make me feel better, . In fact , it has made me more tired.
i have decided to take it easy for a couple of days, and if i do not feel up to scratch, i will be at the Toronto
Yonge Street 10 K as a spectator.
Reading , TV are this evenings plans.
