June 2 and Day "2"

27C . And the Humidex is high. 
Ran 4.84K.  The pace was  Slow . But I AM happy with my effort ... My goal is to get my body used to doing a daily run. 

 Did some cycling and shopping. 
And voted in the Advanced Poll in the Ontario Election. 
Time for supper
