First run in several days. 
Distance 5.47km. Good. 
Need more self-discipline.Happy. Time to get serious about my running and my goals.

Got a call this evening, seems I am curling on Friday.
 Fridays, I curl in the Senior Mixed league.  Okay. I need to organize my time better.
