I am back. I think, (hope) I am.
I now have a new computer a Mac BookAir. Not sure about my decision to switch to Apple.
I am trying to get back to a regular run program.
I ran (yesterday) 6.2km. and i managed to map it. not sure i would recommend Mac Computers.
I heard lots about how great they are. Not sure about that . The one thing i do know - they are very expensive.
Time to think on my plans to run next season.
