Ran earlier today. 4PM
my time. I would like to start doing morning
or noon hour fitness training .
Temp approx. 19C. 4K . Ran at a good clip. Rode my bike to do my errands.
Tomorrow I am starting a new fitness challenge. Squats, Push-ups and Ab crunches.
If I have the energy, I would like to add Mountain Climbers,
Burpees. My goal is to increase my overall body
strength.
