 Summer long weekend. 4 days of nice weather.

I am entered in  a 5K race -  21 September  http://www.canadarunningseries.com/zoorun/index.htm   .
 Time to take my race prep seriously. I have approx 6weeks and a few days to get ready.
Need to work on my speed, strength , endurance and  running form.

 This morning went to Yoga in the Park.  I like yoga. Hoping to start doing a practice at home.
