Almost at the half way point in Janathon 2014.
5pm went for my run. 5.2 K
not easy running as its dark at 5pm and lots of traffic - people going home for supper. And the sidewalks are still icy. . Its slow going .
so that's it for today. hopefully tomorrw i 'll have some pics to post.
