Happy with yesterdays run .
 Sub 7:00 min km's.(6:59 - but that counts.
 Need to get my training to a higher level. Longer runs that are followed by shorter runs the next day . Long slow distance should be my focus for the next couple of weeks. I need to get my body used to running 10ks and maybe a little longer 12K.  
 Speed is not an issue, Distance is. Overall body strength is.
