My goal for 2015 - run 4 races (Events). Ran 2 events in the spring. The Harry Rosen 8km in Toronto and the Montreal Scotia Bank 5km. 2 down and 2 to go.
Made 2 decisions. Run the Toronto Zoo 10km on September 12 and the Army 5km on September 20 in Ottawa. Entries are in and travel and hotel reservations are done. Happppy.
Late afternoon training run. 8.7km. Pleased with the run.
